Business Analyst

We process over 500 million litres of milk a year and produce a wide range of dairy ingredients and products.
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Rolleston based team liaising with the Senior Business Analyst and IS Programme Manager to assist in the methodical investigation, analysis and documentation for Westland Milk Products in terms of business functions, processes and the specifications of systems to support workflow, and the provision of information they use.
You will be responsible for:
Providing Unit Testing and Integration Testing
Business Process Mapping
Identifying training, orientation, policies and procedures business improvements
Supporting business user training with IS team input
Staying up to date with new trends and tools to ensure best practise is used in the role
Developing and maintaining application roadmaps
Timely and accurate resolution of incidents within agreed timeframes
Ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained
Your previous work history will include experience of ERP and large organisation business systems preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment, you will understand the importance and benefits of documentation and how to put this together. Strong communication skills across business units, being a champion of good practice, a solid understanding of problem management methodology along with energy, vision and taking an initiative is going to set you above the rest.
