As Payroll Business Analyst you will act as a liaison to our business units and payroll team, you will assess potential system modifications and changes to optimise and enhance the capabilities of the system. This includes documentation and testing of configurations, developing procedural manuals, and coordinating changes with the HR systems team.
You will build strong key stakeholder relationships and manage any system queries, investigating and resolving issues that arise and training users on new processes. You will also generate a number of reports for the Technology and Payroll managers.
With a background in both systems and payroll, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Technically competent, and an Advanced Excel user, you will have an analytical mind-set coupled with an exceptionally high level of attention to detail. You will also be able to see the bigger picture; ensuring system changes are fully assessed and all impacts of change are considered.
Your role is paramount to ensuring Payroll operates efficiently and as such you will enjoy taking ownership, assisting others and working collaboratively.
Chris21 experience is highly preferable.
