Ko ta matou mahi - Our Role
We are currently recruiting for multiple roles we are looking for suitable candidates for Business Analysts fixed term for 18 months and one Business Analyst fixed term for 12 months (to cover parental leave).
In the Business Analyst role you will be responsible for working on multi-disciplinary projects, providing sound service design, process improvement and business analysis.
To be successful in this position you will have generalist knowledge and capability in business analysis and tools, ideally within an organisational change context. You will have experience gathering, analysing and communicating quality business and systems requirements to inform decision making and fit-for-purpose business solutions. You will also provide analytical support to ensure business solutions are successfully implemented.

Proven ability to translate business plans, intentions and needs into business requirements and process designs
Ability to present logical analysis, debate issues credibly and influence decision makers
Practice at being responsible for planning and estimating own activities
Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships and working effectively with staff at all levels of the organisation
Experience in deploying processes and/or systems changes in a complex environment
Experience in the use of standard business analysis methodologies, tools and techniques
