Building Quality Assurance Manager

We're looking for a Building Quality Assurance Manager whose role is to manage Hutt City Councils Building Quality Assurance Team. You will have responsibility for managing key areas:
Maintaining Building Consent Authority accreditation
Maintaining Building Consent Authority accreditation
Earthquake Prone Buildings
Building Warrants of Fitness
Fencing of Swimming Pools
Eco Design Advice service
Building compliance litigation
You will be a natural at developing relationships with relevant stakeholders promoting a quality customer experience and you will be able to identify areas of improvement and be able to think innovatively about the way we offer services to customers.
We are looking for someone who has:
Qualification in building, trade, architecture, building science or related area
Previous experience in dealing with building litigation
People Management experience.
