Our focus is creating a great organisation that supports a great community, and enabling NPDC to achieve its strategic intent of building a lifestyle capital that puts people first, cares for our place, and supports a prosperous community.
At the New Plymouth District Council we aim to create and sustain a truly rewarding workplace environment for our staff including solid career pathways, learning and development opportunities as well as personal and professional development.
