This is a fulltime, permanent position based in our Matamata office.The salary for the role is between $76,000 and $100,000 per annum based on your qualifications, experience and accredited competencies.Needing to relocate? Not a problem as we can offer a relocation allowance and support for the right candidate.About youIdeally we are looking for somebody with prior experience in a building control (or similar) role. To be successful you will need the following skills:A good understanding of the NZ Building Act and regulations and preferably prior experience processing building consent applicationsA qualification in accordance with regulation 18Good communication skills with the ability to work with customers to identify solutions for complex situationsWhy choose us?There are many great things about working at MPDC.
