We do this by being a world class public housing provider, and partnering with others to deliver urban development projects.About Consentium - Kainga Ora's Building Consent AuthorityKainga Ora is establishing a BCA - Consentium to achieve its objectives of providing homes at pace, leveraging scale and quality. Kainga Ora's ambitious target to build tens of thousands of state houses across a range of typologies and complexities over the next 10+ years for New Zealanders.Consentium will be Kainga Ora's own BCA and is in the process of becoming an accredited Building Consent Authority with a focus on building control for State house builds across New Zealand.The consenting process will be efficient, paperless, compliant targeting Residential and Commercial state house builds as well as a comprehensive nationwide retrofit programme.About the teamYou'll be working with a group of talented new and experienced building control officers with a dynamic and fresh culture. There's opportunities at all levels of building regulatory control including quality assurance, administration, consent processing and inspection domains.
