Kainga Ora's ambitious target to build tens of thousands of state houses across a range of typologies and complexities over the next 10+ years for New Zealanders.Consentium will be Kainga Ora's own BCA and is in the process of becoming an accredited Building Consent Authority with a focus on building control for State house builds across New Zealand.The consenting process will be efficient, paperless, compliant targeting Residential and Commercial state house builds as well as a comprehensive nationwide retrofit programme.About the teamYou'll be working with a group of talented new and experienced building control officers with a dynamic and fresh culture.
