We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Construction Labourers based on Waiheke Island for casual, on-call work.
We occasionally secure projects on Waiheke Island; work is not guaranteed, and hours may vary depending on project needs.
About the Role:
General labouring duties on residential and commercial construction sites
Assisting tradespeople
Site clean-up and preparation
Carrying materials and tools
Mixing / Pouring cement
Soft / Hard Landscaping
What We're Looking For:
Based on Waiheke Island
Previous experience in construction or general labouring is preferred
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
Able to work on short notice when work becomes available
Have your own PPE (Steelcaps / Hiviz / Hardhat)
Reliable transport to get to work

This is not a full-time position.
We are building a pool of local labourers who we can call on when work arises.
