Brewing And Packaging Technician - Dunedin

Our client operate one of Dunedin's best breweries. A fantastic brand with global reach but a tight knit family feel.

Seeking a skilled and hard working Brewery and Packaging Technician.

Responsibilities:

Implement and evolve maintenance schedules for brewing and packaging equipment
Operation of bottling equipment and canning lines
Quality assurance tests
Monitoring stock levels
Setting brewing and packaging schedules
Assisting the Head Brewer in all aspects of beer production
Troubleshoot mechanical issues with brewing and packaging machinery

Selection criteria:
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude especially in brewing or food production
Experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment
Exceptional work ethic and desire to support a hard working team
Computer literacy essential, our clients brewing gear is state of the art!
Mechanical or science background HIGHLY REGARDED

This role would ideally suit an experienced Technician with strong food or beverage production background. The ability to troubleshoot issues with all machinery will make you completely indispensable to the organisation.
