Breakfast & Lunch Chef/Cook

About the role
The role requires not only a passion for high-end, fresh, quality breakfast and lunch dishes but an ability to work alongside the head chef in operating the kitchen.
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
Maintaining a high standard in all areas of food preparation,cooking, plating and presentation in a fast paced and precise manner
Implementing and enforcing systems and procedures throughout the kitchen
Working alongside directors and front of house management to create a team of happy passionate and productive staff

Experience working within busy 'fresh to order' Breakfast and Lunch restaurants
Experience within all kitchen roles and an ability to run the pass under pressure
Passionate about food and providing high standards of food service
Energetic and enthusiastic team player who understands that it is important that not only yourself but those around you enjoy their work
Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays (5 days per week, daytimes only)
