Together with the Brand Manager they are the “guardians of the brand”, ensuring that the brand is portrayed correctly in the marketplace while understanding and gathering consumer insights and market research, specifically what drives TOM awareness, brand salience and per capita consumption.CONSUMER INSIGHTS AND MARKET RESEARCHTurns data into compelling insights which are actionable and relevant, and ensures these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans. When focusing on the younger segment of the target group, monitors the consumer’s perception about brand and products in social mediaBRAND MANAGEMENTLeads and contributes the “brand part” of projects of marketing peers as well as providing input and guidance to on/off premise and trade marketing on key projectsWorks closely with the Brand Manager and International HQ Specialists to collate and share learnings, best practices, align plans, and share latest updates and insightsInstigates & participates in creative sessions to develop tactics & assess best practice case studiesAlways has the “consumer” and “brand” eye in every single project and ensures we talk to the consumer in the most effective way with a strong focus on digital and social media, while ensuring that all the communication stays within the brand equityResponds to consumer requests for sponsorship, product and or any other brand related queriesAlong with the Brand Manager, acts as the brand “eye” on all branded equipment, ensuring the stock is up to date and maintains a premium appearanceSupports the Brand Manager with day-to-day administration tasks such as invoicing, post campaign reports, and internal communicationsADVERTISING AND CREATIVECreates branding and through the line communication for specific marketing projects in strong collaboration with the respective marketing functionsContributes to the development and implementation of the ideal advertising plan ensuring international and local learnings and the right country-specific level of digital and social components, and always with international best practices in mindSupports the Brand Manager with controlling creative and media agencies to ensure strong working relationships, efficiency in campaign delivery and world class creative & media outputSupports the Brand Manager with managing the media agency with prudence, to ensure a best possible value-for-money advertising planAnnually reviews media planning and buying with the agency together with the Brand Manager and International StakeholdersLeads the management of the RAMP NG program, ensuring accurate and up-to-date campaign data and reportingPRODUCT AND PACKAGING INNOVATIONSupports the Brand Manager to implement solid product launches together with sales, finance and other marketing functions, and acts as the key contact for Red Bull HQ where relevantUnderstands which packaging solution addresses country-specific needs, as well as leads and manages the launch proposalCollects all learnings to share locally and with International HQEXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:Minimum of 2 years experience in Brand marketing, ideally from within FMCGProficient in Microsoft OfficeClear understanding of competitor activity and consumer behaviour in a brand and FMCG contextAbility to generate consumer insights and translate them into successful brand initiativesImplement the business strategy successfully, while managing associated changes and people processesStrong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand media schedules, financial statements and market trendsEffective negotiation and interpersonal skillsHigh standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull valuesStrong attention to detail, creative eye and written communication skillsAn entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate ‘best practices’Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver high quality resultsKnowledge of online and offline media landscape is preferredUniversity Degree in a relevant fieldJOIN THE TEAMGot what it takes?In your application we want to see your personal style - what makes you tick and why you think your next opportunity is here with us.
