Brand And Communications Coordinator

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Reporting to the Fundraising and Events Manager your key responsibilities will be ensuring the Canterbury and West Coast divisions profile and public awareness of services are successfully and accurately communicated. You will be responsible for selling the Society through the media and communications to inspire volunteers and supporters to raise money and promote cancer awareness. This will include social media and web based communications, annual reports, writing content for quarterly newsletters and being involved in creating and producing flyers for events and activities in the region.

To be successful in this position, you will have a background in marketing with a strong understanding of the importance of branding. You will have experience in creating and scheduling content for various social media platforms. Additionally, you will be a great communicator both verbally and written with an ability to convey information to your target audience through your strong written skills. An eye for detail and the ability to build good relationships are of paramount importance in this role.
