Branch Supervisor (Full-Time)

As Branch Supervisor, you will assist the Branch Manager with supervision of all operational functions.
About The Role
You will ensure our customers have a positive experience by providing a superior level of customer service, processing rental transactions, and ensuring we have vehicles groomed and readily available at our counters.
Additionally, you will coordinate the daily activities of the team, and where needed, train, coach, and direct team members.
Noncompliance with established policies and procedures must be reported to management.
You will also assist the Manager with preparing shift schedules and reports.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need

Previous managerial and/or leadership experience with proven skills in coaching and developing team members, delivering feedback, and managing performance (highly advantageous but not essential).
Ability to exercise judgment, solve problems, and show initiative.
Experience in handling complaints, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
Competent planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Current and Full NZ Driver's Licence.
As we operate 7 days a week from 07:30 to 22:00, you will be rostered to work 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
