About the role:
As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the branch, ensuring branch growth and profitability is maximised, while building an engaged and high performing team and driving excellence in HSE.
You’ll play a key role in leading a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence, ensuring our stakeholders needs are understood and that best practice delivery meets customers’ expectations.

Qualifications

You'll have:
It’s a given that you’ll have great leadership skills and proven experience building a supportive and engaged team culture. You will also be able to demonstrate a track record of success as a manager in an operations environment, along with the following skills/experience:
Good understanding of H&S practices and a track record of delivering excellent H&S results.
Excellent influencing and relationship management skills.
An excellent understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting particularly relating to business and financial processes.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proven track record delivering great customer service.
