The Brand:This New Zealand-owned brand has been established for over 45+ years and is a well-recognised Home & DIY retail & trade business with over 20+ stores.
They are looking for a dynamic new Retail Manager to join their brand new Queenstown Store located in Remarkables Park!

Rewarding salary $70k-$75k+ depending on exp Earn a monthly bonus based on store targets  Work life balance + no late nights + EAP Services  Be part of a brand new store in Queenstown  Supported by an engaging leader + Brand on a transformational journey  About the role:The Branch manager will run all store operations, including but not limited to: Driving Sales & KPI's Overseeing stocktake & stock management  Maintaining a high level of customer service to a diverse range of customers and resolving customer issues Ensuring a high level of H&S and Compliance Performing HR Functions - performance reviews, mgmt, terminations and recruitment  About you You'll have experience leading teams for 5+ years Ideally, have experience or passion within Home, DIY, or Trade.
Your people management skills are exceptional - you're focused on developing, mentoring and coaching your team to success Sales Superstar -  Passionate about building relationships and driving sales.
Strong understanding of retail operations and commercial business acumen Positive, proactive, team player with a collaborative mindset.
Open to feedback and works well independently.
