As the Whangarei Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and financial success of their Whangarei and Far North Region. This role involves overseeing three operational depots and focuses on developing and implementing strategies to achieve financial KPIs. Based at their Whangarei branch, you will be a key member of the Regional Management Team, contributing to growth and ensuring high-performance standards. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and staff to improve operational outcomes. Analyse financial performance to identify improvements and contribute to budget planning. Recommend opportunities for structural and operational change. Oversee recruitment activities and planning for the region. Lead health and safety compliance and foster a zero-harm culture.
