This is a Store Management role that will challenge even the most successful among you! You will be leading a small team and working to grow the customer base in this new location. A large part of this role is focused on developing and maintaining relationships and working to provide solutions for your customers. You will also be fully accountable for managing the profitability of the store.
A friendly warm and down to earth personality as well as strong financial acumen is also necessary.
The Role:
Coach and mentor staff
Drive sales to achieve target
Manage a tight Profit & Loss taking responsibility for full bottom line
Customer Relationships
Manage stock rotation and product sales
Ensure you are meeting your local customer's demands.

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with finance system advantageous
Confidence with leading a team to achieve results
Ability to coach and mentor
Customer service focused, relationship builder
Hands on management style
Solid multi-tasking and organisational abilities
