Welcome to Agrowquip Silverdale, we are your friendly local John Deere Dealer and we are excited to be actively searching for a professional administrator to support our high performing machinery sales team and Branch Manager. Our business is growing and we need the extra support to meet increasing demands of our customers. This fantastic role will be based out of our Silverdale Branch, so if you are well organised, computer literate, intuitive, efficient, and possess a keen eye for detail with an understanding of urgency. This role will be suited for a established Admin superstar or someone who would like to develop through a management cadetship.
Agrowquip NZ Ltd is your Authorised John Deere Dealer, we spread ourselves across the greater Waikato & Auckland regions with dealerships in Cambridge, Hamilton, Pukekohe and Silverdale.
Job Description
• Sales receptionist duties
• Sales support to salesman including sales centre quoting, RRS, service contract documentation, PPP, and other sales requirements.
• JDF documentation coordinator (Processing Quotes and loan agreements etc)
• Organiser of wholegoods transportation
• Ordering of wholegoods items (in-conjunction with inventory manager)
• Create necessary P/O for workshop wholegoods work
• Trade-in assessment and details in conjunction with Branch Manager
• Used stock sheet maintenance
• Keep aftermarket team up to date of new inventory arriving.
• Customer experience and after sale follow up (in-conjunction with salesman)
• Service client follow up calls (in-conjunction with Service manager)
• CRM in-putting and database marketing (in-conjunction with marketing manager)
• Support and promote marketing initiatives
• Maintain sales brochures, marketing material, along with other sales stationary
• Health & Safety data inputting
• Creating and maintaining sales price cards including showroom displays
• Inwards goods check-in and processing for stock number
• Used inventory photos, descriptions, marketing material etc (in-conjunction with Branch Manager)
