What You'll Be Responsible For: Lead, Coach & Inspire - Drive daily team performance through strong leadership, clear communication, and ongoing coaching.

Team Management: Conduct daily briefs, manage rosters, oversee productivity, and support staff development and engagement.
Operational Oversight - Ensure smooth store operations including stock control, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and compliance with brand standards.
