Your main tasks will be to support the Branch Administration Manager assisting with the preparation of financial reporting, processing third party invoices, cross checking driver con-notes, account reconciliations and other accounting functions.
You will hold a senior role within the team to help with supervising, mentoring & training newer team members. To be successful in this role you should have excellent communication skills and confidence in building strong relationships.
The industry comes with a high volume of invoices needing to be receipted and reconciled against a moderately complex computer system. You will need to be confident with managing a high volume of invoices, any experience in this area would be an advantage to your application.
