Our Finance team is currently looking for a Billing Specialist/Analyst based at our Head Office in Auckland. The Billing Specialist/Analyst will be responsible for completing all the billing for Australia & New Zealand and will also be working closely with the Management Accountants for ANZ, reporting directly to the Finance Manager ANZ.This is a role that will challenge you analytically and numerically but require an eye for detail and accuracy. You will also be exposed to various systems and interfaces i.e. SAP and Power BI etc. which drives our performance metrics.About the role:Complete and analyse billing for ANZ
Analysis of customer revenue and cost
Responsible for annual Price Increase of contracts
Resolve billing queries from customers and operations managers
Complete ANZ balance sheet reconciliations
Assist Management Accountants with day to day and adhoc work
Assist Finance Manager ANZ with projects and adhoc work
Skills and experience required:Degree in accounting from a New Zealand or Australian University
Someone pursuing CA or CPA
At least 2 years' experience in finance or accounting related roles within New Zealand or Australia
Must possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
Be able to manage time effectively
Very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
SAP and Power BI experience is desirable
