Bicycle Store/Workshop Manager (Orewa)

We are looking for a passionate bicycle retail leader who has experience in fixing bicycles and running a profitable showroom. Evo Orewa is a smaller location and needs a leader who can both manage the showroom and run the service centre.

- Previous experience as a Bicycle Mechanic (this is a must!)
What you’ll be doing:
- Running the Showroom and the Service Centre
- Booking in jobs and assigning them to your crew to undertake the work
- Up-skilling and training your crew on the system, services and products
- Customer Service, selling and dealing with queries
- Monitoring stock levels and feeding back to Crew Leader
- Preparing the showroom and service centre for stock takes
- Meeting regularly with your crew (daily toolbox meetings)
- Looking at how you can improve and grow the showroom and service centre (and cycling!!) in the local community/area
This is a leadership position and ideally you will have managed/run a Bicycle Store/Workshop previously and have at least 2-3 years of undertaking bicycle mechanics.
