Evo Cycles is the leading bicycle retailer in New Zealand with 15 specialist bike showrooms throughout the country. We currently employ over 190 crew members who live for and love bikes. Last year we opened 5 new showrooms and already this year we have opened Queenstown, Mount Wellington and Nelson, with Orewa to come.

We are looking for successful retail focused individuals who love bicycles, enjoy working as part of a team and are eager to make an impact.
We have multiple roles available including both Full Time and Part Time.
The successful candidate will be part of the retail team in our Rotorua showroom, building bikes, ordering stock and selling to our customers. They must have excellent customer service skills, be willing to help around the showroom, service centre and warehouse with any sales, stocking and technical information (oh... and you must loving shredding on the trails!!)
Day to day you will be responsible for the following;
- Opening and closing of the showroom, making showroom presentable for the day ahead
- Actively promoting and selling Evo Cycles products and services
- Ordering stock from suppliers for the showroom and customer orders
- Providing friendly and helpful service to customers in the showroom and on the phone/email
- Building bikes for customer collects and for floor stock
- Completing sales in the system
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work space
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in Bicycle Retail and a good track record in customer service, along with the following skills:
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan prioritise
- Good communication skills when dealing with both customers and crew
- An understanding of, and passion for, bikes and associated products/accessories.
- Patience and the ability to work/serve customers well under pressure.
- Builds strong relationships with peers, customers and suppliers.
- An all-round team player.
