We are currently looking to fill a full time Sous Chef position.
About the role: We are currently looking to fill a Sous Chef role. This role is ideal for a passionate, hard-working individual, with a commitment to high standards and an interest in learning and developing their skills in the kitchen. You will be required to work as efficiently as possible, in a busy team environment, so great communication skills will give you instant bonus points. We'll start you off by showing you the ropes of each section in the kitchen and then teach you about stock-take, ordering, managing the kitchen team on shift and more!
Core duties include:
-Completing ordering and stocktake
-Manage prep time and minimise wastage
-Monitor all food standards and wait times
-Assisting the Head Chef
Some experience in a Sous Chef or Management position is beneficial, however we will teach you a bunch too, a good attitude and a passion for delivering great service are crucial!
The successful team member will need to be available nights, with a flexible schedule, and preferably not held down by any transportation restrictions.
