As a Base Support, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the Home Base Lead (Manager)in the delivery and performance of our targets.
Driving and maintaining a Growth Mindset culture
Working with the Base Leadon ensuring day to day operations run smoothly
Working day-to-day in a team(on the tools)
Able represent thevoice of the customer to our stakeholders - and customer-centricby putting them at the centre of everything we do
Motivating the team towards goals via coaching and feedback
Supporting and driving toUFL's vision and purpose
