Barista And Cafe Manager

Bayleys Real Estate's in-house café are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and cheerful barista who has a passion for great service and great coffee.
The Bayleys Café is particularly driven on being a genuine and friendly place with a large number of its customers being regulars.
The Bayleys café is an important part of the Bayleys environment and it's extremely integral to have someone who is proud to be part of the team and will take ownership of the Café and run it like their own.
In this role you will be assume sole responsibility of the café ensuring all cabinet food, coffee, milk and the likes are ordered and received and presented to customers in a timely and effective manner. Furthermore, at times you will be asked upon to help move around meeting room configurations and furniture when required.

This role at Bayleys Café offers a 40 hour week from 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and the opportunity to take on extra hours at various in-house evening events.
