Are you passionate about guest interaction, creativity and hosting bar?
As a Night Mixologist, bar person, you will work in our Clarkes Bar to create unforgettable evening experiences for our guests.
What you will be doing: Engaging and interacting with guests Mixing and serving beverages out of Clarkes Bar Liaising internally with staff to ensure sufficient stock General maintenance clearing and cleaning of Clarkes Bar Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Service focused personality and a high standard of presentation is essential A passion for creating an engaging but professional evening atmosphere Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities LCQ is an asset but not essential Additional Information The Novotel Rotorua Lakeside and Ibis Rotorua Lakeside is a dual branded complex hotel with 344 rooms located in central Rotorua.
Our  two hotels include,  Atlas Café & Restaurant, Clarkes Bar and Ibis restaurant.
10 conference / banquet rooms and our own InBalance Fitness Centre.
