Bar Manager Wanted

Protocol is a busy local restaurant and bar situated at the foot of the Cashmere hills
We are looking for a fun, friendly and enthusiastic bar manager to join our team. We have an opportunity for both a full time and part time manager.
This position will be responsible for managing the premise for their designated shifts, this includes ensuring all liquor licensing requirements are met, managing and directing staff, coordinating breaks and overseeing the general day to day operations.
This position requires the successful applicant to be available for flexible hours both weekdays and weekdends
The successful applicant must hold a current Bar Managers license and have had previous experience in the following areas:
Previous hospitality management experience
Managing Staff
Restaurant Experience
Barista Experience - preference
Full drivers license is essential
Must be able to work fast and efficiently
