Bar Manager

Job Description We're looking for a Bar Supervisor who can help us create unforgettable experiences and ensure every visit is something special.
What You'll Be Doing: Leading the Taproom – Oversee day-to-day operations, open/close the taproom, and ensure it's running smoothly Team Management – Train and manage casual bar staff to deliver top-notch customer service Beer Excellence – Work with our Master Brewer to maintain beer quality, including line maintenance and proper serving techniques Events & Marketing – Plan and execute special events, and work with the marketing team to promote the taproom Be the Brand – Represent Patrons Brewing Co at beer festivals and events as a true craft beer ambassador Qualifications What We're Looking For: It is mandatory that you hold a current Duty Manager's Certificate At least 2 years of bar/restaurant management experience in NZ Strong knowledge, understanding and passion for craft beer Exceptional customer service skills with a hands-on approach The ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays – beer doesn't wait!
A valid NZ driver's licence and availability for domestic travel Strong leadership, organisational, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment Additional Information Why Join Us?
