Banking Specialist, Rotorua

We are looking for and exceptional Banking Specialist / Branch Support person. This is a Part-time role (20 hours per week), however the candidate would need to be flexible to increase hours where needed to cover staff leave and training. Ideally, you'll have banking experience and be able to provide a Consultative and Assisted Service to our Kiwibank customers.
This position will support the branch in the following areas:
Banking Relationship Management
Home Lending / Borrowing
Wealth and Insurance
Small Business accounts & Trusts
Support daily banking transactions as required
Providing great customer outcomes.

Have great attention to detail & ability to get things done right the first time.
Ability to learn and be knowledgeable about what you do - this is a specialist role after all show that we are credible.
Act responsibly and be comfortable to have courageous conversations because we want to do what's right.
Have strong networks in the community or proven ability to grow sustainable relationships.
Experienced in the banking or finance industry.
Did I mention lending experience? That would be great but passion, drive & motivation will get you a foot in the door too.
