New World Hastings in Hawkes Bay, is a full service supermarket. We boast an extensive Bakery range of instore made breads, cakes, slices, biscuits, gateaux's, flans, Pies standard and gourmet and quiches standard and gourmet. We are currently looking for a Chef to join our Bakery team, the hours are 40 hours a week Tuesday to Saturday .
The key attributes for this position are:-
Proven Bakery Experience
Preferred either Bakery or Chef's qualification
Unit 167/168
Good Command of written and spoken English
Good Basic Math's Skills
Food Retail or Fresh Food Handling experience
Physically fit and able to fulfill the requirements of the position
Understanding of Food Control Plan and health and safety work practices in a work place
