Baker **Night Shift Position**

The Catering Studio is a boutique owner-operated catering company, providing fresh daily baking to retail outlets, cafes, corporates and private clients.

We are looking for a hardworking Baker to join our baking team. You will be responsible for preparing a range of products including scones, muffins, cakes and sandwiches.

**Please note this is a night shift position**

You will be responsible for:
Preparing a range of baking items in accordance with our menus and recipes
Ensuring all preparation is completed in advance
Ensuring all preparation and final products are delivered to a high standard
Managing stock levels and ordering stock as required
Maintaining a clean, hygienic and functional kitchen
Understanding and complying with our Food Control Plan

Personal requirements:
Minimum 1 year baking experience in a commercial kitchen or extensive baking training
Understanding of good baking technique and processes
Attention to detail and care from preparation to final product
Ability to plan time and work under pressure
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
