Av/It Integrator

We are a large court reporting company servicing courts and the legal profession Australia wide. We are in need of an AV/IT Integrator for our Melbourne Office to provide support to our IT department. This is a unique opportunity in a unique industry that requires the successful applicant to have or learn new skills with digital technology software and hardware for e-Courts.

You will be required to provide support to our clients and members of our staff, it is a multi-faceted position that requires you to work in a team and individually to meet strict deadlines on delivery of sound files for production of transcript to the courts. You will be required to set up courtrooms with audio visual equipment.

Experience required
Streaming and Broadcasting Audio to multiple sites whilst maintaining strict security protocols.
Level 2 computer support (Windows 10)
Networking TCP/IP, subnetting, Design.
Strong fault finding mindset

Qualifications (Desirable)
CompTIA A+ or Network +
Cisco CCNA
Microsoft MCSA-MCSE
Certificate in screen and media (Or equivalent)

We need you to have strong communications skills, both written and verbal as well as providing high level technical support and customer service. We need you to have a strong eye for detail, be methodical in your IT/AV approach.
