Job Description You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the team to success, ensuring that merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are maintained, and taking a proactive role in creating and maintaining a safe working environment. Leading the nightfill team, this is an awesome role for someone keen to work Sunday to Thursday 2.30pm - 12.00am. It means you get your mornings off (perhaps to take this kids to school or get those chores done), and Fridays and Saturdays to socialise! Qualifications The successful candidate will have leadership experience, drive, the ability to interpret and execute plans, and good written and verbal communication skills.
