The role:

*Carrying out general servicing work on vehicles booked in (from oil filters to brake fluids)
*Certification to carry our WOF checks / inspections
*Variety of mechanical repairs
*You will be working as part of a small team
*Booking in customer vehicles and dealing with customers from start to finish
*Administration duties from job cards to invoicing
*Upselling of products and services
*Deliver excellent customer service at all times

What you need:

*A valid and recognised trade qualification
*WOF certification or enough experience to obtain a WOF
*Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
*Ability to work on various makes and models of vehicles
*Experience in maintaining, servicing and repairing vehicles to a very high standard
*Proven administration and computer literacy
*Very strong English communication skills
*NZ Driver's license - full and clean
*Confidence and a positive attitude
*Experience working directly with customers
