About the business

About the role
Reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for:
Inform customers about the brand and product
Support the Brand Experience Executive in developing product presentations
Assist in providing potential customers with a comprehensive Test Drive Experience and a seamless vehicle handover
Responsible for all customer incoming detailed product enquiries
Build and manage strong and credible relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders

Skills and experience
To win this role you must have the following:
Experience in a technical support role with customer interface responsibility, ideally!
Experience with luxury brands and/or products, ideal!
Previous automotive industry experience, advantageous!
Passion for success and a genuine interest in cars
Self-motivated, resilient, solutions focused with an enthusiastic attitude
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines whilst delivering on multiple priorities
Valid Driver's Licence
