Automated Factory Operators

We are looking for Automated Factory Operators, to work in our new manufacturing site in Pokeno reporting directly to Automated Factory Supervisor.

Key responsibilities includes:

Operating automated factory machinery
Regularly cleaning and upkeep of the mechanical equipment
Monitoring and constantly developing production processes
Engaging in a positive health and safety work culture
Meeting KPIs set for Autocast (Automated) Production
Assisting in ensuring production meets it's targets

Personal attributes:

Familiar with PLC and automated controls
Attuned to continuous improvement and performing to the highest standard
Ability to monitor and continually improve production efficiencies
Familiar with process improvements
Experience with mechanical equipment and maintenance regimes
Understanding production schedules
Excellent computer skills
2 years minimum of manufacturing experience (Mechanical and Automated plant & Equipment)
Understanding lean methodologies
