Auditor/Senior Auditor (SAP experience)

Position Description / Duties

Position Reports to:Audit Manager/Director

Duties & Responsibilities:This position involves

Finding anomalies in supplier payments/charges, investigating and rectifying the anomalous transactions
Supplier Accounts reconciliation and work closely with vendors to ensure accuracy and completeness of work performed.
Identifying weaknesses in the clients internal control procedures by analysing Clients AP data
Produce recoveries of overpayments from Suppliers using appropriate audit concepts and preparing audit working papers.
Understanding and interpreting clients electronic AP data
Liaising with third party (via email and phone) as part of the recovery process)
Follow PRGX methodology
Work closely with PRGX Data Acquisition team accessing the accuracy and the integrity of the data acquired, prior to commencing the audit;
Review work performed by other auditors;
Maintaining a good time management skill in between audit cycle deadline and daily audit management activities
Required to train off-shore and on-shore team members.

This role based in Melbourne will suit someone with, a relevant experience in Accounts Payable (preferably using SAP), technically savvy, a can do attitude, quick learner, excellent communication skill and an active team player. Intermediate Excel knowledge and ability to understand and reconcile accounts is essential.
