This role may include but is not limited to;The installation of audio visual equipment such as boardrooms, installing brackets for video walls, hanging projectors, installing speakers, screens, PTZ cameras, smart tv’s, communication systems, network switches, termination of cables, soldering, wiring equipment racks and the likeYou will also have the potential to advance you career working alongside our advanced engineers and learn the commissioning of automation systems, Sound processors, video conferencing, streaming, multicast (video over IP), digital recorders, networking, and more.Skills we are looking forExperience in the installation and maintenance of electronic equipmentThe ability to understand wiring schematics/blueprints and installation instructions.Have experience in terminating & testing low voltage cables, with a strong understanding of low voltage infrastructure and related servicesBackground knowledge of physical installation in a commercial or residential setting.Experience in the building industryAbility to work from heights such as man lifts, scissor lifts, scaffolding & roof tops.Proficient in the use of small hand tools and common power toolsAbility to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 25kgsComputer literate with a basic knowledge of the Microsoft office suiteDemonstrate communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal, to help facilitate the sharing of information between people within the company and our clients.Relationship building skills – ability to work within a dynamic team settingValid driver’s licence (restricted or full) with the ability to drive a manual vehicleClean criminal recordAn enthusiastic attitude towards learning new skillsAbility to travel if requiredWhat we can offer youOngoing TrainingCareer ProgressionWorking on some of New Zealand’s largest projectsThe potential to work on international projectsA great unique team environment where all team members are valued individually.
