Job Description
We are now on the search for an experienced leader and astute Business Development Manager to leverage existing and harness future opportunities as the new Auckland Sales Manager.
Reporting into the GM Commercial & working closely with the wider commercial team, Regional Managers and key stakeholders, your key objective as Sales Manager will be to lead the growth in commercial sales & revenue streams in the Auckland region. You will directly manage a team of high-performing sales specialists, coaching & mentoring them to identify, develop and grow new revenue streams and source commercial sales for the retail network.
The Auckland Sales Manager is responsible overall for managing business relationships from a day-to-day perspective to ensure that sales are maximised and account relationships are maintained. It is imperative that you maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively manage current client relationships.
Qualifications

The pace of this role is fast and complex dealing with multiple brands and stakeholders, therefore, to truly succeed in this role, you will need to be highly resilient and have both excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Innate leadership abilities are essential, andthrough your extensive leadership experience; you will be requiredto manage the complexities & changes of a high-performance environment, all while driving the wider team engagement.
