About the opportunity:This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm with a strong presence in the Bay of Plenty.
You'll be part of a respected corporate and commercial team working on a broad range of matters including M&A transactions, business and share sales, commercial contracts, structuring, and general advisory work.The role offers a balance of autonomy and support-you'll have the chance to run files and engage directly with clients, while also working closely with experienced partners who offer guidance and mentorship.
There's plenty of scope to continue developing your expertise, grow your practice, and step up into more senior responsibilities at a pace that suits you.About you:You'll have 3+ years' post-qualification experience in corporate and/or commercial law, ideally gained in a well-regarded firm.
You're confident managing client relationships and have a strong foundation in commercial transactions.
