If you are an experienced PR/Communications superstar then this is an exciting opportunity for you to lead our Marketing Communications team. This role will see you responsible for ensuring all Toyota & Lexus communication aligns with brand image, marketing objectives and wider Toyota narratives.
This opportunity is permanent/full-time based on-site at our Head Office in Palmerston North and will report to our Marketing Manager within our Customer Group. 
What's involved in the role: Providing support & leadership to the Marketing Communications team (two employees will report to you)Communications strategy, planning & messaging for new product launches and brand & retail campaignsCorporate communications (external & internal) that engage target audiences Providing specialist PR support & advice to internal stakeholders Oversight of TNZ social media channels and content, to ensure alignment with communications strategies To be successful in this role, ideally you will have: Experience working in PR and Communications (5+ years) in a corporate environment or government agency. Ideally, you will have experience managing a comms portfolio as well as PR or media experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent in PR, Communications or MarketingExperience leading a small team (preferred), or an experienced PR/Comms specialist with strong relationship & leadership skills that is ready to take the next career stepExceptional communication skills (written & verbal), resilience and adaptabilityStrong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build & maintain relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at different levels, while representing the Toyota brand positivelyWhat's in it for you?
