Associate, Innovation Ecosystem Development and Intelligence Exchange, I&E Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) The Innovation & Enterprise (I&E) Group was established to strengthen A*STAR's generation of economic and societal impact for Singapore. I&E comprises several units working together with researchers and industry to innovate, develop, transfer, and commercialise technology. I&E actively engages companies, both local and foreign enterprises, to deliver economic value for Singapore, including enhancing their technology portfolio through research collaborations, licensing or other forms of Public-Private Partnerships.The Innovation Ecosystem Development (IED) unit ensures that the industry engagement and business development activities run smoothly on a daily basis. It does this by ensuring that the right systems, processes and policies are in place for I&E to manage key accounts, drive collaboration efforts with companies, and monitor progress and key deliverables. Furthermore, IED provides operational and advisory support to industry clusters on matters relating to contracts, agreements and grants. The Intelligence Exchange (IEX) unit in I&E is A*STAR's in-house market intelligence consultancy. IEX develops recommendations to inform A*STAR's and national focus areas for:ResearchCapability & capacity buildingMarket & industry opportunitiesThe incumbent will administer various functions and services to support the IED and IEX teams, as well as the Executive Director (Operations) of I&E.1. General Administrative and Clerical Support. This could include:Schedule meetings for the team and prepare the necessary logistics, such as circulation of materialsCoordinate, record and maintain notes for meetings.Assist in procurement and admin activities such as pre- and post-travel arrangement.Assist in the organization of visits, conferences, seminars, webinars and other events.2. Knowledge management:Documentation of hardcopy and e-data.Ensure that knowledge database is updated in a timely and accurate manner, such as via performing meta-tagging and uploading of documents3. Management of subscription servicesAssist in the procurement and management of subscription servicesHelp to monitor and report the usage of procured services.4.
