A*STAR HR aspires to provide valued HR services to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best talent to help A*STAR achieve its mission.The HR Division comprises the Recruitment, HR Planning and Policy, Talent Management, HR Analytics, HR Operations, and HR Partners departments.The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:Handles full spectrum of payroll administration for research entities (including CPF & tax submission) using SAP softwarePrepares monthly headcount, payroll reconciliation report and other payroll related reportsCo-ordinates with Finance Department on monthly treasury provision for payroll related activities and payroll reconciliationEnsures general ledger journal generation to Finance Department for completed payroll processingProcesses & verifies statutory claims like NS Leave and Government Paid Leave like Childcare Leave and Maternity Leave etcAssists with queries from auditors for payroll related audit exercisesAttends to employees' queries on salary mattersWorked closely, independently and proactively with SAP consultants and Citiservice Officers for payroll related issues and system errors/upgrades & enhancementsCovering for other Payroll Administrator when she goes on leaveVerifies Payroll for other RIsMaintains up to date archival of payroll recordsOther ad-hoc assignments as assigned by SupervisorRequirementsBackground in HR operations will be advantageousMeticulous with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skillsCompany information Registration No.T08GB0002CReport this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.Researching careers?
