Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. fund, cost centre, WBS) for A*STAR research and supporting entities timely upon request from stakeholders.2. Check supporting documents provided to ensure information contained is complete and in accordance with the overall data schema.3. Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.4. Perform closing of project codes timely as per SOP, and any re-opening as required to facilitate operations.5. Perform regular checks on newly created master data, flag exceptions for follow-up and resolution. 6. Ensure grants documentations are well organised and maintained (e.g. Letter of Awards, variation approvals).7. Perform month end module closure in SAP.8. Any ad-hoc tasks as required.Job Requirements• Qualifications in Accountancy or Finance with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
