These are exciting times at ARAG Law as we are experiencing positive change and sustained growth within our friendly and high-performing Employment Law department.Our Employment Law team handles all aspects of employment law, from advising employees on unfair dismissal claims or unpaid wages to defending whistleblowing and discrimination claims on behalf of respondents.
In addition to acting for both employees and employers during litigation, they provide advisory HR services such as drafting contracts, policies, and guiding businesses through employment law complexities.We are seeking an Employment Associate to manage a variety of employment work from initial referral to conclusion.
This includes non-contentious tasks such as advising on settlement agreement terms, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, employment contracts, and policies.Our culture emphasizes effective and efficient case handling, ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service.
You will adhere to regulatory and company processes while considering cost aspects.This role offers an established pipeline of work and an excellent opportunity to enhance your profile.
You will join a team with extensive experience, strong support, and opportunities for growth and development.This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our central Bristol office.
