About the role:
From Orthopaedics to Obstetrics from Paediatrics' to Plastics our Services cover them all and we are offering you this fantastic opportunity to add diversity and excitement to your nursing career.
Post anaesthetic care nursing is an essential part of this service with an enthusiastic, friendly team.
Our nurses specialise in airway and pain management along with high-dependency type care.
As the Associate Clinical Nurse Manager (ACNM) of the operating theatres will ensure efficient and effective day to day coordination and management within the operating theatres at CMDHB.
You will be responsible for providing clinical and professional leadership for the operating theatre staff.
You will also be responsible for promoting excellence in clinical practice ensuring high quality nursing care for patients in line with the vision and values of Health New Zealand.
We ideally seek a minimum of 2 years PACU or acute surgical / ICU / Emergency experience.

Essential

* 2 years post registration experience
* Current Practicing Certificate
* Rostering Flexibility 24/7
* Post Graduate studies required

* Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team
