Theatre and Perioperative Service
80 hours per fortnight
An exciting opportunity exists to join our team leading the Orthopaedic Operating Theatre nursing team as Associate Charge Nurse Manager for Orthopaedic Surgery.
You will be responsible for:
leadership, coordination, instigation, development, review and completion of Orthopaedic surgery within the department
developing expertise of others in the operating theatre environment.

The successful candidate will:
have a minimum of 5 years theatre nursing experience, including Orthopaedic surgery
have proven experience successfully leading a team
be innovative and able to lead and adapt to change
have high attention to detail
possess excellent communication skills
be proactive and seeks opportunities to take action.

It is desirable that you hold a post graduate qualification.
