Details of the offer

The service provides a wide range of specialised nursing care in the community, 16 hours a day seven days a week, from seven sites across MDHB region. This is a key clinical leadership role as a part of the senior leadership team for the district nursing service. We are looking for nurses committed to supporting very busy clinical teams while embracing a new model of service delivery to the people of our communities.
Hours of work of work are 32 hours a week working 8am-4.30pm.
Essential criteria for the position will include:
• Registered Nurse with no restrictions
• Current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate
• Completed or working towards Post Graduate Diploma
• Minimum of three years of recent clinical experience in nursing roles relevant to the position
• Working towards Expert Level (4) Professional Development Recognition Programme (PDRP) Portfolio
• Maintained currency of Te Tiriti O Waitangi as per organisational requirements
• Computer literacy
