The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Desire and ability to work alongside a Store Manager
- Previous fashion retail store management experience
- Proven experience in building, managing and coaching a team
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI & shrinkage targets
- Visual Merchandising skills working from a brief but also having a creative flair
- Experience in creating outfits and styling customers
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A genuine love of fashion
The hours required for this role is Sunday to Thursday approximately 26 hours per week.
